The Shaikhs do not want advertisement. They desire solitude and anonymity. Things like Common Caliph and Special Caliph or Grand Caliph are basically nothing. (A negation is not a pleasant thing for the People of Allah so when something has to be negated they usually will say that it is nothing. They usually do not indulge in strong word tactics like I denounce or I categorically condemn or such.)
