Hazrat Maulana Wasiullah Sahab (RA) said that we want to be fathers but we do not know how to be fathers, we want to be teachers but we do not know how to be teachers, we want to be spiritual guides but we do not know how to be spiritual guides. What do you need to be a father, a teacher or a spiritual guide? It is affection.
