Some people shift their prayer times. Prayers are compulsory at their prescribed times and in congregation. Before using any excuse to miss a congregation inquire with a Scholar whether the excuse is valid in Doctrine (shariah). Even if a man is drowning he should make an internal and physical intentional of Prayer. Prayer is not forgiven, except for a mad person and the like.
