Those people who have a history of heart problems keep a rather tiny tablet with them. Whenever there is a premonition of a trouble they put a tablet under their tongue. Within a short time it shows its effect and regulates the related processes going on in the body. The same is the nature of remembrance of Allah Most High. With a single phrase the mighty Satan, the Cursed runs away, darkness clears up.
