The defaming and character assassination industry keeps working unfazed by the fate of others like them. A person recounted a story about Ali Miyan (NM). Ali Miyan(NM) was visiting a place and was a guest at some body's house. This person wanted to meet him and got the permission. Ali Miyan (NM) was in the drawing room, alone eating sweets (ras malai) when this person arrived. "He kept slurping but did not ask even formally to join in," this person complained later on.
Strange indeed. Being a guest the Elder did not have the right to invite any body. Even formally. He was known for his piety (taqwa) and he lives up to it in the said event. Indeed ignorance is darkness. May Allah Almighty help us by knowledge and guidance.
