For a physician it is a big struggle. Females come and they blabber it all. Do not get involved in it otherwise you'll be committing a sin. Think that if I die right now then I shall die in the state of sin. People may not know it but for Allah Almighty you died in the state of sin. Inform your Shaikh immediately. Do not mull over as to what the Shaikh will think. If a Shaikh thinks like that then he is no Shaikh. Heart always remains young. (Qari Amir Hasan Sahab (DB) once said that physical desire does not go away with age.) A surgeon wrote that at the time of operation deviant thoughts come to mind. It was answered that during operations focus on your work.
