Mufti Khwaja Masoom Sahab Saqib (DB)

Mufti Khawaja Masoom Sahab is a Scholar from South India. He has an eye on the modern current affairs as well as inter-school matters. Keeps his cool in adverse circumstances too. He polishes the notes that are transcribed by Maulvi Abdul Muqsit from tape recordings. These are the things that are published as sayings of Hazrat Shaikh (DB) in the monthly Dawat-ul-Haq. (Tape recording is usually done by Maulvi Abdul Muqsit. Earlier it was done by Engineer Tehmeed Ahmed. Sometimes Maulvi Ahmed Gujrati also chips in for recording, as and when he is around. Last month the recordings were done by Maulvi Fazl-ur-Rehman of Karnataka.)

Once, in Tamil Nadu, some local Qadiani people challenged the Muslims for a debate about some topic. The challenge was directed to Deoband, no less. From there the instructions were sent to Mufti Khwaja Masoom Sahab to look into the issue for it was concerned with some local matters. Mufti Sahab presented himself in the town from which these people had sent the challenge. Those people announced and advertised that a debate will take place two days later. The environment got charged up but on the date of the debate they closed their office and vanished from there.
