A healer (physician) decided to serve the pious in Madinah, the Shinnig in Prophetic (PBUH) times. He spent more than a month there but no patient came to him. He inquired about this. He was told that in this city people get up from their dinning sheet much before their stomach is full and thus they do not face problems of sickness. The healer left the city saying that indeed these people do not need me.
